1. Service status
SupBot is an independent browser extension for FunPay sellers. By installing the extension, creating an account, or purchasing Pro, you accept these Terms.
SupBot is not an official FunPay product, does not act on behalf of FunPay, and is not a party to transactions between sellers and buyers.
2. What SupBot provides
- automatic and manual listing boosts;
- keyword- and listing-based auto-reply rules;
- quick message templates;
- post-delivery messages and template-based review replies;
- cloning existing listings;
- AI generation of listing titles and descriptions;
- translation of listing details between Russian and English.
3. Plan and payment
At the publication date, one plan is available: SupBot Pro at ₽149 for 30 calendar days of access to all listed features.
Payments are handled by a payment provider. Access starts after successful payment confirmation. There is no automatic renewal; each new 30-day period is purchased separately by the user.
Before payment, the user is shown the price, access period, and plan contents. SupBot charges no other mandatory fee; any provider fee is shown by the provider before confirmation.
4. User obligations
- use SupBot lawfully and comply with FunPay and extension-store rules;
- review automation settings, message text, and generated listings;
- not use the service for fraud, spam, infringement, or bypassing restrictions;
- not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, or share account access;
- provide accurate information when contacting support.
5. Third-party services
SupBot requires a compatible browser, FunPay access, and an internet connection. Changes or outages affecting FunPay, the browser, extension store, payment provider, or AI provider may temporarily limit features.
You remain responsible for your listings, products, conversations, and transactions.
6. Updates and access
SupBot may update automatically. Features may change for security, compatibility, and product development. During a paid period, access remains available to the plan’s current features unless a change is required by law, security, or a third-party platform.
Access may be restricted in cases of fraud, attacks, account sharing, breach of these Terms, or mandatory requirements.
7. Disclaimer
SupBot is provided in its currently available state. The project does not promise any particular sales growth, income, or uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms.
This does not exclude rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
8. Refunds
If a confirmed payment does not activate Pro or a paid feature has a material technical defect, contact support and provide the transaction identifier.
Requests are reviewed with regard to the access already provided and applicable law. Approved refunds are made through an available payment channel.
9. Term and changes
These Terms apply from the start of SupBot use until the user stops using the service. A revised version is published on this page and applies from its stated effective date.
