1. General
This Policy applies to supbot.lol, the SupBot browser extension, and related services. The service is operated by the SupBot project administration.
SupBot is an independent project and is not an official FunPay product.
2. Data we process
- technical data such as browser and extension version, interface language, IP address, request time, and error information;
- account identifier, authentication status, SupBot settings, auto-reply rules, and saved templates;
- FunPay page and conversation content only to the extent required by features enabled by the user;
- listing text and parameters submitted for AI generation or translation;
- payment status and SupBot Pro access period received from the payment provider;
- messages and data voluntarily submitted to support.
3. Payment data
Payments are handled by a third-party provider on its secure page. SupBot does not receive or store the full card number, CVC/CVV, or other complete payment credentials.
To activate access, SupBot may receive the transaction identifier, amount, currency, payment result, and transaction date.
4. How data is used
- providing extension features and saving user settings;
- authentication, subscription verification, and SupBot Pro activation;
- running listing boosts, auto-replies, templates, cloning, and AI tools;
- security, error diagnostics, and abuse prevention;
- responding to users and complying with mandatory legal requirements.
5. Storage and security
Some settings are stored locally in the browser. Data required for authentication, payments, or server-side feature processing may be stored on SupBot infrastructure.
Data is kept only as long as needed for the stated purposes, service security, and mandatory requirements. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used.
6. Third parties
Data may be shared with hosting providers, the payment provider, and AI processing providers only as required by the relevant function. Disclosure may also occur in response to a lawful request from an authorised authority.
FunPay, Chrome Web Store, Firefox Add-ons, and Telegram are independent services with their own privacy rules.
7. Cookies and local storage
The website uses browser storage to remember the selected theme. The extension uses browser storage for settings and data required by its features. You may clear this data using browser controls, but you will need to configure the settings again.
8. Your rights
- request information about data processing;
- request correction or deletion where storage is no longer required;
- withdraw consent where processing relies on consent;
- stop using SupBot and uninstall the extension;
- contact support with any privacy question.
9. Changes and contact
This Policy may be updated when SupBot features or applicable requirements change. The current version is always published on this page.
